Not happy with Koma Pro? Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it. No questions asked.

Forgot to cancel a yearly renewal? Ask within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it too. Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask: write to hakostudio.contacto@gmail.com or reply to your purchase receipt. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, returns the money to the same card or PayPal account, and Pro ends when the refund is made.
